At Whitefield Christian Outreach Ministries, we are a tight-knit, Spirit-filled community of believers dedicated to growing in our faith and serving others. We are committed to teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and living out biblical principles in our daily lives.

Our ministry emphasizes the importance of baptism by immersion as outlined in Scripture, personal commitment to God's commandments, and fostering a strong community of faith. We believe in the power of prayer, worship, and biblical teaching to transform lives.

Whether you are new to faith or seeking to deepen your spiritual journey, we welcome you with open hearts. Our community exists to help believers grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and to extend His love to our world.

Our History

Whitefield Christian Outreach Ministries traces its roots to Cherry Creek in the United States, where God planted the early seeds of a Holy Ghost gospel-centered work.

Through the faithful leadership of Brother Benjamin Shields, the ministry was established with a deep commitment to biblical teaching, discipleship, and the preaching of Jesus Christ. His life and service laid a strong spiritual foundation that nurtured a growing community of believers.

After his passing in 2008, the ministry entered a new season. During this time, several leaders who had labored alongside him continued the work in different regions, each carrying forward the same core teachings and evangelistic vision.

Though expressed through different ministries, the shared heritage remained rooted in the truth of God’s Word and the calling to reach the nations with the gospel.

"The legacy of faithful service continues to inspire a new generation to walk in truth, humility, and devotion to Christ."

Among those who continued this vision, Brother Andrew carried the gospel burden for Africa. Through this calling, the Whitefield ministry was established in South Rift Kenya, specifically in Bomet.

What began as a step of faith has grown into a thriving work, reaching individuals and families with the message of salvation and the call to a transformed life in Christ.

Under Brother Andrew’s leadership, the ministry has remained steadfast in its commitment to sound doctrine, baptism by immersion, and intentional discipleship within the community.

Today, the church in Kenya stands as a continuation of the original vision, grounded in the same biblical foundation and driven by a passion to see lives changed through the gospel.

"From humble beginnings to a growing work in Kenya, the mission remains the same: to faithfully proclaim Christ and make disciples."
